At Zelvoran Peptides, we are committed to providing high-quality research products. Due to the specialized nature of our products, this Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds may be granted.

1. Research-Use Products – Limited Return Policy

All products sold by Zelvoran Peptides are strictly for research use only.

Because of the sensitive and controlled nature of research materials:

• Opened or used products cannot be returned.
• We do not accept returns for products that have been altered, mishandled, or improperly stored.
• Returns are subject to approval at our sole discretion.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may be eligible for a return or replacement if:

• The product arrived damaged.
• You received the wrong item.
• The item was defective upon delivery.
• The product remains unopened and in its original condition.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

• Improper handling or misuse
• Incorrect storage after delivery
• Buyer’s remorse
• Seized or confiscated international shipments
• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
• Regulatory restrictions in the buyer’s jurisdiction

4. Return Process

To request a return:

1. Contact us at research@zelvoran.com within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Provide:
   • Order number
   • Description of the issue
   • Photos (if product is damaged or incorrect)

Do not return any product without prior written authorization.

Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

5. Refund Approval & Processing

If your return is approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Zelvoran Peptides.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

6. Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled before shipment.
• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
• If canceled prior to shipment, payment processing fees (if applicable) may be deducted.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue may result in:

• Permanent account suspension
• Refusal of future service
• Submission of documentation to dispute the chargeback

We encourage customers to contact us first so we can resolve concerns promptly.

8. Limitation of Liability

Due to the research-only classification of our products, Zelvoran Peptides shall not be liable for damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, or regulatory violations.
