This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by Zelvoran Peptides.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).


2. Shipping Methods

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • Destination
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing (for international shipments)

Zelvoran Peptides does not guarantee specific delivery dates.


3. Domestic Shipping (United States)

For U.S. orders:

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after shipment.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon transfer to the shipping carrier.


4. International Shipping

We may offer international shipping to select countries.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring products are legal in their country
  • All customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • Compliance with local regulations

Zelvoran Peptides is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays
  • Seized or confiscated packages
  • Additional import charges

If a package is refused or seized due to regulatory issues, refunds may not be issued.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not liable for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Lost packages due to address errors

If an order is returned due to incorrect information, additional shipping fees may apply.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the damaged packaging and product.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package:

  • Contact the shipping carrier first.
  • Then contact us for assistance.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.


7. Shipping Restrictions

All products sold by Zelvoran Peptides are for research use only.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse shipment to certain states, regions, or countries
  • Cancel orders that may violate local, state, or federal laws

8. Delays Beyond Our Control
